Parkruns are great for trying out new gear and pacing strats. You can slot them into a long training run....extend the WU and do a medium run at low tempo after (use up that post PR adrenaline) € ...

In case you runner folks didn't know, SS is currently about 130 miles in to the spine race and looking (relatively) good despite some harsh conditions.

Hadn't thought about time aims. I'd like to better at all splits for LCW but my new job is hampering swim time.

Enter more TTs and also see if I can knock a bit time on my Park Runs.
