Yep, the only one I can find is the Nationals which I obviously won't be getting in to.
The Liverpool one and all others are the same day at IMUK, I wanted to find one 2-3 weeks before.

I've never gone under 5. I've been close but either cramped on the run due to poor nutrition and once my back went 8km in when I was on target for a 4:55 and I DNF'd.

I dropped my chain at the weekend and it knocked my magnet off. The cheapest I can find one is 20.

7:40 over 4 bikes and 2 runs.

4 bikes:
Big gear Z3
40 x 125% intervals
Z2/Z3
50 miles with 2,200ft today.

2 runs:
Z1/2 easy 5 miles
Z2 steady off the z2/3 bike
