Picked it up towards the end of the week. Managed an 8 mile run yesterday, a parkrun this morning and a 2hr easy/steady turbo today.

Hr still high for effort but shaking this flu finally.

Yep, makes sense.
I was 6% out. 4% would have been a 6:34.
I've not been swimming much at all and not really over 1300m when I do so it makes perfect sense.

I take it you mean 1:39? I did 7:09 and 3:31 and got a css only 2 seconds slower. Confused

Done 3 calculators, 2 say 1:47 and one says ...

The last 75 I was kicking like mad and blowing out of my a$$.
If I'd done the first 100 at 25 sec a length like the 2nd 100 then I probably would have found more than the 6 seconds lost.
