Hot hot day out at Chester but keeping miles steady throughout, got me home 3:57:57. Job done.

thank you guys, my legs feel ok and a nice controlled start should sort me out on the day.

I'd agree with gingerbongo. Depends on your maxHR. I've not got a lot of difference between 5k and marathon HR - used to be about 15bpm but probably <10bpm now since I don't seem to be able to ge ...
