Hammerer – I know I haven’t raced in years and rarely post at all these days.

But here are my thoughts anyway, for what they are worth…

I think TriTalk 2.0 should be just a Forum to save the ext ...

Up just under 2 pounds on last month. Sad

But haven't done any training in over 2 weeks due to the bug going around and the comfort eating that goes with it. Rolling Eyes

A loss of 3.6 lbs for the month, mainly due to the shock of exercise leading to over eating. Rolling Eyes
