Surprisingly, 74.5KG on Saturday. It was the same last Wednesday. Fairly pleased with that.

I seem to be doing very little running, no swimming and a bit of cycling.

Much preferring the gym just now. Simply not putting myself under any pressure.

I've hit a plateau.
Could knock off crisps, chocolate and wine/beer, but why?

No exercise and lots of comfort food last week saw me go up to 75.4kg.

I'm over the worst of it now, so back to training this week and refocus on what I'm eating.
