It's all about consistency init. Last 3 months (Aug/Sep/Oct):

Swim: 34.5km/32km/29km
Bike: 860km/1054km/787km (not inc indoor rides)
Run: 85km/108km/104km

Made a concerted effort to get back into it last week. A coupe of runs, couple of wattbike sessions and a couple of strength sessions. A measly 5 hours in total.
