Even in M50-54 that bike looks short of what is required.

My form (3 narrow misses) would be on that scale:

Swim: 6:45 for 400m swim (around 1:05 ish IM swim)

Sadly drafting was the biggest factor in my choice of KQ attempt race.

Yes it has sold out - IIRC it sold out for the first time in 2018 (about a month or two before the race) so banging out 6 months away is a first.

I knew a lad who was a top rower, think he got to about 11th or 12th ranking and just missed out on the '8' for an Olympics, but their training was suffering...and some.

Course overall has been changed pretty much every year. This will be the 3rd T2 location, and the bike went from 3 to 2 loops a while back.

Ended 2018 in late November (IM Cozumel) and took December off, planned to start again on MOnday 7 Jan. Built a plan and felt refreshed and ready to go.
