the science is unclear....and very individualised....

but, as a generalisation, training high doesn't immediately help your sea level performance...

it helps to acclimatise to reduced oxygen pr ...

may go to Bedford to stretch out the legs...not that i am race fit....

very similar courses, multiple laps except bedford is pan flat...and always open to the elements...
