TP - if wetsuits are banned, you can't wear buoyancy shorts so you will need to find another solution.

swimskins are allowed in open water, non-wetsuit events but with 3 provisos under BTF rules

Isn't ITU Long course a 4K swim and shorter bike/run?

just come back from the ITU Long Distance world champs in Denmark (I was on the Official's team).

it was a 3k swim, 121k bike, and 30k run w ...

i haven't been at an IM yet where i didn't want to get off the bike at 95 miles...i wish i was racing now...

if that had been the case at IM Wales then I wouldn't have had to climb those 2 steep fr ...
