I did the Marlow Half Ironman on Sunday. Thoroughly enjoyed it. Only my 3rd HIM after Henley 2013 and New Forest 2011.

Half Distance and a great result for me - 5.58.

I'm 90kg and wear Newton shoes since adjusting to a midfoot techniques free having knee probs. takes some getting used to and sore Achilles to start with but good for me now.
