tonight was the club run - and a long one at that - 15 miles in 2 hours ave HR 147 quite happy with that at this stage of the season. Hoping to get on the bike tomorrow for atleast 1hr hopefully more, Works Xmas do Friday so usual bike/run cant go ahead then.

Christmas may also interfere with the training next week

After a hectic 10 days at work have actually managed to do some training today, 1 hour on the bike then 40 min run. Feeling good now, the break may have actually been good for me although didnt feel like it at the time.

Also seem to have lost a couple of pounds without training Exclamation

The joys of being your own boss. Just when i thought i had planned a weeks training and arranged for the kids to go away for the weekend with the inlaws I get two important clients with Urgent jobs that need doing for Court hearings on Monday.

I have just finished work now at 10.15 pm from 9.00 am, should have been club run and swim from 7.30 tonight. I am stacked out tommorrow and then have commitments Friday and will probably now have to work Sat and Sunday.

Then no doubt when i render the invoices they wont be paid on time but the VAT and Tax man will want their share.

I thought being the Boss was supposed to be fun. Exclamation
