Its now 2015 and its time to get on with getting sub 11 hour Ironman fit. I'm following a 36 week training plan and now it 28 weeks until IMUK and the training now gets into will swing. I'll be working on a run block for the next 4 weeks and blending in a swim block to help keep my core strong. I'll be racing the Retford 1/2 marathon as part of my #jantastic target and aiming for a sub 1 1/2 hour time. BRING IT ON
