Hi guys,
We've just announced our new series of one-day Video Analysis Clinics in June with dates in Birmingham, York, West Lothian, Bolton, Maidenhead and Windsor: http://www.swimsmooth.com/clinics.php
We last ran a series back in January. Many TTers attended, you can see their opinions and feedback here: http://www.tritalk.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=64687&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45 and the series before that here: http://www.tritalk.co.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?t=44330&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=45
We announced them on our blog yesterday and some of the dates are close to full already, so if you are keen to come please don't delay signing up or you might miss out!
Paul Newsome and I very much hope to meet you in June!
Cheers,
Adam Young

These clinics were definitely worth it for me.
Before the clinics I would swim a half ironman in 32-34 minutes. My most recent time was 28:40, so even if the course was short that is still a big improvement.
I found the video analysis invaluable. Sign up for this alone.
Working on different stroke rates and the CSS work also did wonders for my swim fitness.
Recommended!
Thanks Paul & Adam

Gutted. I really wanted to go to these but York is the nearest and is just before my exams so can't go.

Hi Pedro
Manchester on the 16/17th June or Birmingham on the 6/7th June are not too far away - could either of those locations work for you given your impending exams?
If not, then I wish you the best of luck with your exams and hopefully we'll get chance to work with you soon!
All the best,
Paul

Looks fantastic and the sessions certainly seem to have a good reputation ... Booked myself into the York session with a mate
See you there!

Hi Paul
Are you doing any 1:1 sessions. I live in Windsor. I attended one of your day sessions in Windsor a few year ago, so think a 1:1 would be of more use. Thanks

Unfortunately not runsweet - we have found running 1-2-1s in the UK to be sadly prohibitively expensive for the swimmer. At 1.5hrs and an average of 28-35 GBP per hour just for the lane hire in a 25m pool, this really starts to add up and as much as we'd like to run them over there in the UK we normally reserve these sessions for here in Perth where the cost of a world class 50m lane for the same period is just 25% of that in the UK. We also find its very awkward to organise this as well with pools preferring bulk bookings like our Clinics than one-off 1-2-1s.
Its a shame I know and I apologise in advance for that.
Drop me a PM - I might have an idea for you but it'd mean travelling up to Birmingham on the 4th or 5th June if you could do that?
Cheers
Paul

Are you planning on doing some more later in the year/Christmas time? The wife and I are very keen, but finances are too tight at the moment.
thanks!

Thanks Castleman
At this stage it looks like we'll be in the USA in the autumn as we've had a big request to run a series of Clinics over there around New York and LA, however, I may well be back in November in the UK so will keep you posted but that's only about 50% likely at the moment.
Thanks for your interest and hope all's well with you? Am I right in thinking you're doing some coaching now yourself?
Cheers
Paul

Paul, I will attend a clinic as long as it isn't around Uni exams which fall in early to mid January and early to mid June. If you are doing them in November I will be in.

Sadly not French Tony. We haven't been over in Ireland for a while now but we do plan to return in the not too distant future - sorry Tony!
