Cracked or strained sumfink, all the classic symptoms. Done it twice before, but they were following obvious bumps. Dunno why, it takes 5 ish days to really manifest itself. Think I'll take some calcium pills.

Calf seems to be responding to a little ice and compression...might go for a cheat in the morning (no chance TBH) but defo the first outing on the bike since November on Saturday.

Got an hour and a half of running this evening then, its a recovery week only 7.5 hrs training next week.
The Pink One and I are looking forward to the Royal visit on Sunday.
