Thanks. Shipping to the UK was pricey ($37) but just ordered the full kit, armwarmers and 6 water bottles for under £50..

EDIT: Oh, I forgot leg warmers. Oh well.

Hi did anyone ever receive the kit? I ordered 2 sets and got a confirmation. Then 3 days later told it was out of stock but my order would still happen as more stock was imminent. Been 2 weeks now and nothing else has happened.

Anyone received their gear yet?

I'm starting to get really annoyed. Almost a month since I ordered and haven't recieved my gear yet.

I sent a couple of emails asking for an update and they haven't even bothered to respond.

Once its got to 30 days I'm going to do a chargeback via my credit card if they can't even be arsed to respond to my emails.

They told me......

The BMC Racing Team online shop was closed for the season because inventory levels were low (or completely out) on many items. After the first of the year, we will have new (2013) product in stock and will re-open it. In the meantime, if you have a question about a pending order, please email us at "customerservice@bmcracingteam.com." We have experienced some shipping delays due to out-of-stock items. In those cases, we are looking at offering suitable alternatives or shipping the order without the out-of-stock item.
