If anyone is considering going a word of warning..............

Facilities are amazing BUT they screwed us on what we were 'sold' pre holiday and what transpired on arrival re childcare.

Pre arrival we were expecting inclusive childcare for 3 hours in am and 3 hours in pm. On arrival they had changed set up and we were presented with childcare at Euro20 per day and session shortened to 1 hr 45 min in both morning and afternoon.

Cost aside this had a large impact on our holiday as it meant we could not really get out for a decent bike ride in that slot.

Long discussions whilst we were there and on return ended in them offering some form of discount on a return trip but no refund or indeed any admittance that they had done anything wrong. They hid behind not having this detail on their website.

clearly implication is if they will do this they may also change the way other things work - free classes being charged for etc

a real shame a s a good place but a very sour taste in mouth left..................

It's worked better in the long run that my wife isn't into Tri. Having a partner into Triathlon is great...until you have kids!
