I have an q-ring on the front and love it.

problem is, the chain has a mind of its own and comes off at inappropriate moments despite me paying someone to adjust it perfectly usually when it needs some tlc and a bit of clean&lube.

I have a chaincatcher for the inside but when it comes off the BIG ring it can get wedged between the chainring and the crank. if I stand on the chain then it comes out. not ideal.

anyway. my previous chainring had a little nipple which seemed to stop the wedgie happening happening. but that was part of the chainring.

Does anyone know where to buy such a retrofit nipple or indeed what it might be called. I did search for 'nipple' and 'wedgie' but you can guess the rest.

thank you!

I'm glad Jorgan has cleared it up for you. Based on the title, I was concerned that you had adopted an overly-aero position and had been getting your titty tweaked.

I'm being forced to actually work for a living these days - really plays havoc with my online personas.
