I won the last Tri I did. Havn't done one since. Should I risk it and do another, or bail out on top?

Compete, but walk off the course if you don't look like winning?

Make sure you limp after though to make you look like a mighty Champion defending his title until brutally robbed of the chance by the cruel fate of injury, rather than a pussy who didn't want to get beaten.

unless it was a 1st place at kona, sort it out...
I've won super sprints in the past but that doesn't mean I'm gonna retire.
Step up the distance or the standard of the competitors your against.

I think you should just pick an event, rock up to the awards ceremony and hand out some medals.

Then write an autobiography.
