Isn't Joe Skipper on a rather sub-optimal looking bike now? Those wheel decals are pretty garish!

Hijacking the thread somewhat, but does anyone know what happened to him on the bike leg of IM Texas? It was a DNF I believe?

Skipper was running 3rd, having worked through the field after a 5 min deficit on the swim, then had a rear tyre blow out. Seems the service vehicle was missing, lost about 20 mins I believe.

Was looking very good for a podium too.

He'll have to find another race or two, as after a modest 12th at IMSA some serious Kona points are required.
