Just wondering if anyone had tried Huel or something similar.. Looking for something to have when I go swimming before work as not able to make breakfast after as go straight from swimming to work

Why not just take breakfast with you? Something like porridge oats with bit of fruit and maybe some protein powder a quick and easy breakfast:)

banana and milk in your bag for post swim....oats and mixed dried fruit at work ready for arrival...

You can make your own smoothie, keep it in the fridge overnight. You could put pretty much anything in it; peanut butter, banana & berries would be a good start in my opinion. Obviously you could add whatever sports-nutrition powder to it too.

I must get around to making my own nut-butter using coconut oil.

Nothing useful to add except that there is a very good Dave Gorman episode discussing Huel which is well worth watching! It may or may not influence your decision but either way it's pretty funny. I'm sure it can be found online.

I was racking my brains where I'd heard about Huel before - thanks for reminding me!!

I assumed this was spam. Worked though, I looked up what the hell Huel was. Looks disgusting.

Coffee and a banana on the way to work this morning after my ungodly hour swim. Only to find my morning conference call had been postponed an hour...

This is TT, unlikely we're going to fall for marketing hype over some pricey convenience food. Although not in Triathlon Box territory mind.
