Howdy folks,

Can anyone help a brother out? In the paperback version of the Born to Run book, there was a recipe for a chia seed shot with lime that was not replicated in the kindle version. Does anyone have access to the paperback, and could they share the recipe?

Ta muchly,

(Bee Doo Ron) Ron

You didn't explain the method though.

I think you took the chia seeds and inserted them individually one at a time in the skin of the lime until you had a hedgehog like thing.

yep, i class that as my contribution to the family meal provision roster....

I leave the seeds to soak in a jug of water for a few days in the fridge...then half and half with what ever juice is available...
