Based out of La Santa on 2nd September.

I need a target to kick start some training... been far too busy over last 6 months but will have more time to train now

Not booked any accomodation yet - probably Costa Teguise.

So the main climb is Tabayesco up to Haria.

Did it last year ,great race and I enjoyed it
Swim was ok but a bit shallow in places
Bike was lovely route with 1 main climb of 10k ,bloody windy though
Run was a bit around the complex and then out to the sea at La Santa and back
Will do again next

Bike course has changed and looks cr@p, looking like a warm one too. I qualified for South Africa last week at Dublin so no pressure this weekend

I heard they were changing it to x2 loops on the bike, is that right Daz?

out n back then half way out n back mate, a lot less climbing too Rolling Eyes probably end up a draft fest Mad

Apparently 380 athletes registered and approx 300 started.....that's very low for a 70.3
