The GTN (Global Triathlon Network) YouTube channel recently launched, same production as GCN and they seem to have some pretty good presenters and a fair bit of content out already.

Seen it advertised but not watched anything yet. Got a couple of turbo sessions this week so will take a look.
I like the GCN stuff so hope this will be as good.

Presenters need to relax a little, they haven't developed the easy style that GCN manages.

So having watched their little video on running efficiency I spend the first 10k of my long run thinking about form, posture, foot strike. Long story short, I've now done my right calf in. Little niggle developed into a full on huge pain and much hopping at 12k and a hobble home.
Lesson learned...never change form on a long run.

If you take a look back at the early GCN shows, the presenters were just the same. It takes time and actually, I think they are better now than the GCN lot were at the very start!

The chap seems a bit more relaxed than the lady. I wonder if perhaps he has done some presenting or something before.
They need time to build up the rappor (spelling?) that the guys on GCN have but hopefully that will come. One thing I didn't like, you get Chrissie Wellington on and the interview lasts about 2 minutes with a couple of benign questions.

As a beginner to the sport, I'm enjoying it.
I really enjoy GCN and can see this becoming as good. It's early days and they're just finding their feet. All in all, enjoyable.
