I recently built up my TT bike and I am still in the process of adjusting the fit but I am comfortable for up to 2 hours or so, mostly on the trainer. The issue I am having is that when doing intervals my quads start screaming relatively quickly whereas on the road bike they wouldn't be.

Is riding in the TT position just more quad-centric and I just need to get used to it or is it a case of me needing further position changes?

it is possibly the position that is making your riding more quadcentric...

I thought that might be the case and will play about and see how this changes but just wondered if that's just how it is or whether it's my current position.
