I understand that doing Tai Chi can help older people fall less often.

I can relate to that even if it is windsurfing in my case. Foot issue completely disappeared, for 2 days I could hardly walk, then 100% better on day of dr appointment.

I guess I am being paranoid after this year's injuries, but I feel like I am playing "aches and pains Whack-a-Mole" as soon as one ache goes a different one takes its place.
