Any recommendations please ?

The cheapo one I have is fine apart from the rubber strap doesnt fit around the larger seat post.

I use an Exposure Flare on the TT (plus the add-on mount that attaches it to your saddle rails) and it's a very solid bit of kit. The mount is totally rock solid also.

Just checking and it seems that they don't make it anymore, looks to have been replaced by this:

I use this one: http://road.cc/content/review/206270-cateye-rapid-x-rear

Got it a lot cheaper than the price they list it as.

Recently used it for the X. Put it on blink at Whinlatter and forgot about it in T2. It was still on when I arrived back from Scafell some 12 hours after starting it!

Works on both aero and normal seatposts. USB charged.

I've just bought one from Aldi - 12.99

I've form for losing them Smile, don't ride in the dark intentionally so for me it is a winter riding in the daytime light.

It seems pretty bright - I've managed to burn my eyeballs out with it!

4 light intensities and 4 levels of flash too.
