Just looked back on some photos, and with a wry grin Iím thinking...£x,000s and nn Hrs...was it really worth it to go from cobbled roadie to TT bike?

Anyone else wondering about past kit changes? Laughing

The helmet change has probably saved you the most time; certainly from a VFM perspective. You could save more time (very cheaply) by moving that bottle off the downtube. The aero helmet & moving the bottles off the frame would save you more time than the new frame, but like eJC says, depends on why you made the changes and what you expected from them; if you're happy and you could afford it, why should we question it Smile

Try getting your head lower: doesn't cost anything!

Practice it by looking down between your legs so you can see your cassette, then without lifting your head, rotate so your chin moves forwards towards the end of extensions.

Looks like a scenic shot from IMUK: top of sheep house lane?

Looks are of course the most important factor Smile

But even then, no, looking back it wasnít really worth it. I enjoy the bike, love it in fact, and the position, but I canít say it justifies the time and money spent!
