106.4, 103.7, 104.4, 103.6, and this week 102.9kg.

Other than a bit of a blip the 2nd week, which was probably due to an unrealistic drop the first week, averaging out at about 2lbs (yes mixing my units) a week which is roughly where I wanted to be.

Under 100kg by end of Feb would be nice as next milestone.

85.9kg today.

Thinking about liposuction.

Gym reckons 87.2kg, 23%BF. A bit higher than last January, but not much.

Last weigh in of January, at the gym again...83.8kg

Hmm. A bit suspect if you ask me. Same %BF too. Nevertheless, accept the positive news Smile

103.3. Getting there. I caved and had not one, but two cheat days over the weekend!

I've sold my car and am cycling to work now so that should give me a bit more calorie burn on top of the normal training.

69.9 kg last night...seems to be getting to a more reasonable level, which is a relief.

Bought some new digital scales this weekend, so now at 74.6kg (11st 7lbs). I'm 5ft 7inches, and looking to get to lose about another stone, down to about 68 - 70kg (10st 7lbs) in time for Ironman Lanza in May.

January hasn't gone so well weight wise....

Done a bit of running, and finally set the bike up for Turboing.

And done a bit of swimming quite consistently too. Going to do the Tour Of Sufferlandria as a big kick up the arse. Then really address the diet right after that.

Going away in march and the beach body isn't doing too well...

No change from a week ago: not entirely surprised, I think last week was unrealistically low, so loss is remains 1.5kg in 3 weeks which I am happy with.

Couple of birthday celebs over the weekend (plus very little training) didn't help either

I seem to be constantly going from one Cold to another this month; I keep exacerbating it by doing a hard session, then not recovering properly either Rolling Eyes

72.7 & 73.0

102.7 this morning. Trousers are much looser!

So far cycling to work seems to be helping as its a few hundred easy calories burnt

89.5kg this morning. 2.2kg lost this month. Could and should be more but missed a lot of training through illness but I'm getting some consistency back now.

I've fallen off the bread wagon a bit in the last few days, so probably put a bit back on. Think I should be a couple of kilos lighter than at the beginning of the month though.Tomorrow's weigh-in will be interesting and hopefully re-focus me to keep the weight coming off through February. I've had a cold since the weekend, which hasn't helped and has meant I've been off work and too near my fridge.
