Dropped to 73.3kg which is more my natural weight when eating ok and doing my average 6-7hrs/week exercise. The next few kgs will be the difficult ones. Fell off the horse towards the end of the month and more bread crept into my diet. Still no crisps though👍

01/02/18 - 14 stone 2.8 lbs (90.2kg) - Body Fat 32.4%
A loss of 3.6 lbs for the month, mainly due to the shock of exercise leading to over eating.
But, even allowing for dodgy scale accuracy, body fat slightly down and muscle slightly up.
So, overall, a good first step on the long road to shedding a LOT of weight.
Cheers, Paul.

After 2.2 kg loss in 3 weeks major setback in the last few days of Jan. Got ill, no training, on anti biotics and really not the time to keep pushing weight loss. I ate loads, but on the road back now.
I did not weigh in; I should normalise over the next couple of days and get back to training and eating a bit less and weigh in/take stock on Monday.
It was going so well...
This setback will be temporary.

I had it the other way round. I gained weight at the start of the month when I was ill then started shipping weight last week and it’s falling off now.
91.7kg start of Jan
88.5kg today. Not dehydrated either
3.2kg/7lb/half a stone lost
Target for March 1st - 84kg

73.3 today, but trending downwards. Reckon I've consumed ~1000 kcal so far today, and Garmin says expended around 1700. Not really planned that way, but because I wrecked my legs on a hard run on Monday, which then gave me another cra*ppy cold, I've been doing very little since & reducing intake.

So i jumped on the scales for the first time in about a year.
72.3 first thing in the morning after a run last night. Not particularly great, but then i had a feeling i was carrying a bit too much on the old belly. I know it's bread that does it, but i just love it. I'll get through a min of 5 slices a day typically, and i just can't see that stopping. So i'll just ahve to suck it up (or in).
15.8% on the bodt fat scales as well, which is probably just about right.
Not your usual assessment 1 week before an A race. But i'm hoping it will keep me warm next week if this weather trend continues!!

71.9 .... 30 secs ago, thought last nights 10 k seemed easier.
However I eat healthy in the week and let slip at the weekend
None of us are going to the Olympics, or even the Commonwealths!
We do this for enjoyment, I'm not starving myself of all the nice things to go ... seconds faster!
Now were are those chocs!

73.1 so 1.2kg's down, actually varied quite a bit, CTL also went from 73 to 98 (and ATL from 60 to 132) and quite a performance improvement which almost certainly means I'll have added some good weight.
Sadly most of that CTL is running, so I'm relatively unfit in performance terms other than being able to run for a longer time than usual (ie my pace and watts are well down on my best)

101.9kg this morning, so that's 4.5kg down on start of year.
Came down with the lurgy last night though so can see this week being a bit of a write-off.

A disciplined weekend recovering from this illness: I did no training, but had plenty of rest and ate good food in moderate portions.
Weigh in this morning 69.8kg. Quite pleased after 8 days of negligible training, spent mainly lying about feeling sorry for myself.
So overall:
2 Jan: 72.7kg
5 Feb: 69.8kg
Target: 68kg (training weight)
Over halfway there, pleased.
Training begins today with a Z1/2 recovery week.

Good work TRO.
An undisciplined weekend recovering from illness. Two burger kings, half a bottle of gin and more crisps and snacks than you could shake a stick at. Back on it now.

After a new low of 72.6 on Saturday, after my birthday 3-course meal & beers it was 74.1 yesterday. Fear not, back to 73.4 today This is still appreciably lower for this time of year than I can remember, but these are new scales too.

101.6 on Saturday. Still going down. Not sure if its the cold weather, or I have just been pushing the weight loss a bit hard but I am struggling with motivation now.
Really craving crap food. Might have to ease off for a week or so and then attack again
