Anyone doing the F3 duathlon next Saturday? I'm thinking of giving it a nudge. I'm entered into the Mumbled Du for March 24th, so could do with some practice Cool

Was hoping to but having a break from running to try and nip an achilles issue in the bud.

If only there was some sport where you could do the flat-out bike bit without the hassle of a run either side of it Very Happy

Managed to do a bit of calf/thigh damage in the gym last night. Nothing major but going to rest the legs running wise, until saturday. I hate running with gloves on if I can avoid it but looks like it will be cold! Might have to have a couple of options handy (boom boom Very Happy ).

Thanks, yeah it went ok. Didn't actually feel crazy hard but it was so cold lots of feelings weren't reaching my brain! I don't have a bike computer, so just ride until it's time to stop.

I liked the venue, would make a nice day for the family in a summer race. Smile
