Anyone doing the F3 duathlon next Saturday? I'm thinking of giving it a nudge. I'm entered into the Mumbled Du for March 24th, so could do with some practice

Was hoping to but having a break from running to try and nip an achilles issue in the bud.
If only there was some sport where you could do the flat-out bike bit without the hassle of a run either side of it

Managed to do a bit of calf/thigh damage in the gym last night. Nothing major but going to rest the legs running wise, until saturday. I hate running with gloves on if I can avoid it but looks like it will be cold! Might have to have a couple of options handy (boom boom ).

Thanks, yeah it went ok. Didn't actually feel crazy hard but it was so cold lots of feelings weren't reaching my brain! I don't have a bike computer, so just ride until it's time to stop.
I liked the venue, would make a nice day for the family in a summer race.
