Soooooo, I already have well controlled high blood pressure and a dodgy prostate.

Went to the doc for my routine bloods 2 weeks ago and apparently my Triglycerides are at 2.9. The recommended high is 2.3. Now to follow a low fat diet for 3 months.

Got home from work today and in the mail is a bowel cancer screening kit.

Turned 50 on the second of this month.

You are not kidding EJC.

Actually looking forward to a reboot of my eating habits. Should help me get a bit leaner.

Even more so as my grandfather and his mother both died of bowel cancer.
