Any thoughts on this one?

I've been cold water swimming through the winter and carried on with the bike and run too.

Just this weekend I noticed with the warmer weather that I was absolutely cooking on my usual run. Is there a correlation between cold water swimming at body heat regulation or do you think its just the changing season and getting used to warmer times?

Had you left your wetsuit on for the run?

I suspect though it's just change of season, heat acclimatization is fast, but it also goes quickly, you just haven't adapted yet it's been so bad.

I'm generally fine at -5 - 5C, and then again from 15C and up.

From 5 - 15C I always have problems getting correct garments to stay comfortable, so yes, I cook when I go out now (in preference over getting a cold). A week ago I was just fine.

So as eJC mentioned, as simple as that?
