I've recently picked up a pair of Hed H3s and just got round to putting new tubs on them last night (There's a story in itself as no previous experience of tubs)

I'm completely sh*t but fascinated by the science of aerodynamics and would love to do some proper testing if I can find a suitable quarter pipe or loop to try the Chung method.

I've ended up with a pair of 40/60 Heds, an old HED Disc and the H3s for about 650 the lot (all 10 speed) so if I ever get round to it I'll let you know.

I must not go on eBay anymore as although my other half has no interest in bikes at all even she is going to spot the difference between those!

There's no way my wife didn't notice the screaming red/white decal FFWD disc when I rolled it out one day but she didn't even mention a thing.

Maybe she's just getting so used to random bling stuff being rolled out of the garage at random intervals it's no longer a surprise. Rolling Eyes

Happily reporting that 60 + disc FLO are performing great. Arrived unharmed from the US, mounting was a doddle, and already first race in the bag - not sure if I 'feel' the difference but the average speeds have certainly jumped up Smile

It amazes me that there aren't local/European alternatives of similar quality and price point... Parcours comes close but does not do alloy brake track, plus I think the rims are narrower...
