Positive news from Boditrax, finally below 20% body fat...19.5!

Okay itís after my long swim, but Iím taking any positive news I can right now. Still many kilos to lose...81.5kg Smile

Grr. Boditrax. I donít know why I bother with these things - I should just stick to shirt sizes and be done with it.

80.4kg good, but bodyfat up to 20.3% because it thinks Iíve lost 1.5Kg in muscle mass these last two weeks!

Weighed in at 86.7kg on the Ďproperí scales at the gym. Down from 90.7 starting point and still lots to go.

Iíd been weighing myself on the scales at home before I realised that moving the scales can give me different readings of up to +-3kg Shocked

Down to 85kg , even after a 2 week holiday where I maintained weight for the 1st week then piled a bit on in the 2nd.

Target <80kg by Oct 20th (Challenge Peguera Half) so 1lb a week.

Weight loss was going well, until I started taking fueling on the run and bike more seriously

Was down to 73.5kg in March, now up to 76.6kg

Last weekend in Milan didn't help much

Interestingly my fat mass (according to me Nokia scales) has reduced from 20.1% to 19.5%... I would like to think that my scales are accurate and all the weight I have put on is muscle

Trying to get serious with weight loss. Have hovered around 77kg for a while now and would like some Autumn run PBs. Myfitnesspal tracking and lots of running should do it!

Just back from 11 days All Inclusive; that cost me 2kgs. I ran or swam 8 of those days too, just too much dessert and alcohol. That said, 0.8kg already lost since yesterday morning.

It's been a while but the old work trousers are feeling a bit tight. Time to get back on it I think!

All these domestic scales that claim to measure Bodyfat; they're very 'wet finger' and tend to over estimate imho. Cruising along at a steady 72.3kg here. I don't even use the body water/fat functions.

Down to 72.7kg from 75.9 at the start of August (and that includes a week in Italy in August where I was definitely not on a diet, and didn't dare to weigh myself)

I am putting on a real effort to be below 70.3kg for IM 70.3 Weymouth in just over 4 weeks

Was 95kg when I started. It is not the training that is tough, it's the racing

I measured (after supper Wink ) last night and came in at 73.6kg. That's probably at the high end of being reasonably fit. Any heavier and i can definitely notice it, but i dropped as low as 67 in full marathon training mode.

Have been heavier throughout this year than the last few years since i started running/tri/getting older, probably because i've been focussing on long distance ultras where i've not been concerned about weight. I could probably do with being around 70-71kg, but i'm not training for anything in particular and i'm enjoying my food and drink.

A bit more high intensity stuff should help things along.
