Just noticed that along with fellrunning legend Angela Mudge(#156), some lad called "Dirty Harry" Wiltshire(#243) is taking part.

Not too sure who Tahr is, is he (#172) Kev Plummer?

I did it for the second time this year but had to withdraw on the bike. I just couldn't get warmed up on the road to Garve. Violent shivers and a fast A road is not a good combo. Distraught at the time but it was the right call.
Last year I finished with the white tee. Already booked my accommodation for next year's attempt. I WILL GET UP THAT MOUNTAIN!!

Sorry to hear that you had to pull out, I saw 9 DNF out of the swim. At Garve, I stopped and but on a extra lay as my hands were so cold, I had no more gloves but figured if I kept my body hot the hot blood would go to my hands, it worked.
Best of luck for next year.
Kev
