According to the Twitter account they have had to shut down because of some form of legal action.

Update- just checked the website and it's true https://www.velogames.com/

So I had a look at the 'official' game. Over complicated and requires daily interaction if you can be bothered. And as it's only an 8 man team there is less reliance on picking a good domestique.

I've created a team anyway, but can't workout how to set up a private league.

I don't think he made it as far as the cobbles in 2014 - didn't he crash and break his arm on the wet tarmac earlier in the stage?

Nice to see Stillvan Shovell-Hall doing a big solo break today.

Not so happy to see Velogames getting shut down, what a joke.

I was going to pick Chavanel as my wildcard, for sentimental reasons. The 'old' man still has it. Went for Tony Martin in the end.

Annoyingly it seems that having just joined that mini-league, it's not carrying over my points from stages 1 and 2 (I was already involved as my friendship group had a velogames grand tour cumulative wager going on, so we had to use the official one as an alternative annoyingly)

I would be top of the leaderboard now, I'm sure.

All skill, of course.
