What's this Manchester-ish middle distance race?

Jorgan - You entered this yet?

Waiting for you Old Boy Very Happy

Tbh, I'll probably just end-up doing this again, as it sits nicely between the children's' birthday weekends, which rule out Mid May and late June HIMs.

Off to check how full it is. Worth noting that you probably don't even need the insurance policy, as Graeme is normally happy to transfer entries to the waiting list which gets pretty long after Xmas. So not really much of a risk to enter now.

ETA - 730/1050 places taken (over 200 since 25 Sep). I think it's time to stop putting off the inevitable.

Was Chester or UK Ultimate but Iím in the 113. I remembered how boring the Ultimate run is and all the people getting sick from Deva last year coz of the sewage pipe.

Staying with friends in Keynsham and managed to get him signed up! Heís only ever done 1 sprint a few weeks ago and loved it Very Happy

Any other options for early season 1/2s? Brit Tri website shows Swashbuckler, Slateman, Grafman, Forestman, Deva and Ultimate. I know of Cotswold, Mojo and Bala, wondered if missing any others for May/early June?

Immortal Half at Stourhead. Very scenic swim & run, bike is pretty hilly. Good event when I did it in 2015.

Enduroman usually have a half (plus single / double and other stupidly long events) on Late May - Early june in the new forest EDIT - 17th-19th May 2019
http://legendendurance-events.co.uk/

Based at Avon Tyrrell in the New Forest.

I might be up for a cheeky half in May too.

IM 70.3 (Staffordshire) is 9th June
