I understand that IM ban rear discs at Kona due to high cross winds, if the rear disc makes little difference, should this be the case?
That's a fair comment. It's weird as they allow them at Lanza and the wind there on a standard day is way worse that what it seems like they get in Kona (I've experienced Lanza, but only going by what I see on tv in Kona).
