It might be Strava doing the power from my current weight?

Strava estimated Power is FUBAR. Is that where you got the 195?

Did you use aero helmet/disc?

aero helmet, no disc (I think I used a disc in 2011, didn't like it).
82/101 combo other years.

agree that Strava estimated power isn't great - but it's decent for me, and I have access to it from 2011 to present (my old garmin Training centre records died with an old laptop, other websites have come and gone, etc etc)

You live in Knutsford; shouldn't you have an SRM?

I've posted previously about using free software to control your smart trainer rather than having to pay any kind of subscription.

One of those was Bkool which a fairly decent free option where you could ride all of the routes but only in a 2D map view, not with video or 3D graphics.
Unfortunately Bkool have now removed most of the free functionality and you can only ride routes that are already live, I.E. someone else has already started them and you can join that route.

This pretty much kills it for me as an option as it's nowhere near as popular as Zwift so the selection of live routes at any given time is very limited.

There's still VeloReality or Golden Cheetah for interval type sessions (TrainerRoad style) but nothing with real routes now as far as I'm aware.

Sorry for hijacking a zwift bike thread but hope you can help with your collective experience.

I have got hold of a footpod mainly for my wife to run on a treadmill (she isnt comfortable with running on her own in the dark after work when I am looking after our little boy) and after one run the pod is now flashing red which, as far as the internet tells me, means there is a battery issue. It was also a total pig to connect initially and had frequent drop outs (14 in 5k) which were not avg corrected and simply look liks gaps or stops in the run. Also the run was approx 2kmh slower than the calibrated treadmill was suggesting.

I really want this to work for her but am struggling to figure out the gremlins right now, any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
