16hrs 12mins in my penultimate part time week.
That excludes rest time and core work (and hot yoga!)

4,260m of climbing on the bike.

Having fainted last Thursday, felt crappy on Monday, came off my bike on Friday, Iím pretty pleased with this week.

2 Swims - 4540m
3 Bikes - 96km (+ 3 days commuting 33km)
2 Runs - 17km

Still haven't ridden outside this year (except commuting) which is bizarre but I don't ride in the dark and every Sunday seems to be a bit of shocker.

I don't believe I have ridden outside in the UK, at all, since early October! I've done two HIM's (obviously abroad) since then!

I guess I have quite definitely become a fair weather cyclist!

Ok, so i feel like i've got my mojo back now. I'm still time poor, but at least i'm now motivated!

last week was 3 x runs, 53.4km, 4hr 36mins :

16.5km - steady
13km - 1km hill reps x 5
23.7km - coastal, hilly

Aiming for close to 60km this week, again with 1 hilly interval session and a longer coastal, hilly run on Sunday evening

Left my Assiomas on the commuter for today; unlike Poet, it looks like I am pacing my commutes well Very Happy I don't intend on keeping them fitted though; £700 worth of pedals on a bike worth less than half that, parked in the bike sheds is not a risk I want to take, not to mention the wear & tear.

Can you access my rides out of interest? (as a non follower). I have a reasonable privacy zone set-up Wink

Wow, the system actually works! You'd be spotted anyway, wandering about in your pearly jacket would rouse immediate suspicion.

Oi, are you calling me a Co(kney? Mad I'll have you know I'm as Northern as Poet, so it's the flat cap and the whippet that would make me stand out Wink

I took my pedals off the one time I rode in with them.
Five second job.

Not doing that commute again any time soon, so itís a moot point now.

Half decent week for me, biggest run week for about 2 years, got to nearly 70k after a long run today, if Garmin\Strava decides to come back to life Sad (IMJ was heading towards meltdown earlier).

Also managed our club duathlon yesterday, thought I was having a bad day in the first K until it beeped for 3:35 Laughing still held 260W on the road bike (275NP) despite an average 47K PW since Christmas and only 3 Zwift sessions, no other quality at all. I'd forgotten how bad it was running off the bike!

Won't really mention swimming, going through the motions on that ATM.

Easier week this week, then a couple of days in the smoke followed by a short trip to Montenegro and Albania so likely to just be running.

2 Swims - 5000m
3 Bikes - 91km (1 Brick) (+4 days commuting 44km)
3 Runs - 21km (1 Brick)

First outdoor ride since before Christmas included by mate losing his balance at a standstill and falling on my back wheel, buckling it enough to rub the chainstays on both sides. Another punctured a tub with no way of fixing it resulting in a quick ride home on a very wobbly wheel (straightened enough to rotate) and 2 wheel swaps but it was still great to back out.

It would take you longer than that to get the allen key out. Fake news!

Some big hours logged on the Strava group last week - 10 hours only just gets you into the top 12 Shocked
