I'm not really sure, but I'm sure someone will beat me like an egg if I've got it wrong!!! Very Happy Wink

Last night after a long stint on my turbo I was sitting there thinking - that as physical feelings go at the end of a long day, it doesn't get much better than feeling fit & tired with strong but achy legs - I knew that as soon as my head hit the pillow I was gonna sleep like a baby - I love it!

Anyone else get the same after a hard days training???

Abso,feckin,lutely mate...

I did exactly teh same last week, came home really grumpy and feeling yuk. Went for a good old run and felt fantastic afterwards. Well, for the hour I could keep my eyes open anyhow Smile
