In Hawaii you mean Rob? That's this Saturday coming. My browser will be firmly fixed on the ironmanlive coverage. Oh yes, better cancel training over the weekend, I'll be sat in front of my PC.

It has to be black, well at least the bar tape - otherwise you'll have a couple of punctures and the next thing you know the red/blue/yellow bar tape on your new baby will be covered in black grease and it'll just look like some old thing you've been using for four seasons Sad

Oh, by the way I'm not very good at bike maintenance - never could work out how to change the damn bar tape Confused Rolling Eyes Confused Rolling Eyes
