Oh I don't know about that Sue, five years ago I played off 6 but gave up the sport totally due to tendonitis of the left wrist (Yes Rob too much whacking...) and have only played a handful of games in those years, when people bait me with a challenge...

Though, I have been secretly down the driving range a bit as of late, and seem to hit the ball as good as ever. (oddly enough)

I really, really, really, really, shouldn't play any golf at all, especially down the driving range. It's absolutely the worst thing I can do.

Can't resist it though... and that tendonitis has been very quiet. Wink

in smiley form, subject to a little artistic license. I thought it might be going too far, and Mr Admin would ejaculate me from the site.

If anyone is looking for a bike, then thought I'd share my experiences of buying a decent tri bike. Went through all the usual manufacturers and was about to buy a Litespeed then found www.bikeshop.uk.com distribute Wilier Tristina italian bikes (www.willier.it) They've reduced everything to silly prices right now, I got a Alpe D'Huez compact frame for 495 (was 1000), V lightweight alum with beautiful aero carbon forks and carbon rearstays. Then I added Ultegra all over, a few carbon goodies and some decent wheels and I got a lot of bike for a good price. There must be loads of fairly unknown Euro manufacturers who churn out really great bikes, just a case of looking for them!
