With family, daughter back from uni, playing assassins creed rogue. Don't like it so much compared to farcry or tomb raider. Dinner in oven. Sorted.

Have a good Easter everyone.

Sadly right. All the new tri bling I 'need' to buy this year has to be paid for somehow.

I ended up working on Fri and much of yesterday Eve after an Easter egg challenge with nephew and niece. Short brick session this morn and now looking forward to an afternoon reading the paper...

Well, after a day of chocolate yesterday and a huuuge curry last night, I had to drag myself out for a good long run this morning before breakfast.

Funny how you spend days (weeks, even) putting off training cos you think how hard and horrible it is... then you go for a run, actually really enjoy it, and come back feeling 'can't wait to get out again'....

Then a few hours later... apathy settles in again Very Happy

Friday 10k run then shopping with the wife and visiting mum

Saturday 22 mile ride, wet cold and windy. Saturday afternoon bike cleaning then mum round for dinner

Sunday woke up with v sore throat and runny eyes. Strength and core session at the gym, chilled in the afternoon after a walk with the dogs

Monday assuming sore throat hasn't morphed into a cold will do another 10k run. Bit of pressure washing the patio then swim session Monday night.

Have a good one everyone.

Over time for me.... di2 has to go on my road bike as I just refuse to ride it at the min!

13 hours this week, mostly steady bike but some quality too.

Watch the chocolate folks.
