First sea swim of the year for me at Ogmore, South Wales. A very pleasant 15 degrees so 1.5 k skins it was. Knew I wouldn't be challenging for honours when Helen Jenkins is sat at the registration table, so Marc was racing, as well as Adam Bowden. The sea was incredibly rough, but the event was organised by the Penybont Surf Live Saving club, if they dont know the local conditions nobody would. Sighting was near impossible with the big waves but did manage the out & back loop & really loved it. Slowest ever 1500m for me.
