Very tempting. 2016 was a DNS (I didn't even get to the island), 2015 was just a swim/bike as I couldn't run. But 2009, 2011 and 2013 were fantastic.

I'll decide in a few months though. I need to get the spiders off my bike (if I can remember where I left it).

I was just dusting mine off tonight...I've been in the wilderness for two years after ending up in the back of an ambulance on a drip in Austria. Rolling Eyes

Planning to go after this year's DNS due to the neck injury. If I don't race I'll be handing out bottles on the bike course again Smile

Sweet Cool I've done the bike course as part of Tenby LCW and found it tough but ok (think I went 7.08 or something).

Sadly, I did not get to experience at IM Wales due to my craptacular failure which I'm keen not to repeat! Wink

My running is virtually non existant due to back woes, so it's beeing attempted with a swim/bike heavy plan. No sandbagging, might be some sand swallowing!

Hmmm. 2016 was a surprise pulmonary embolism for my 16 year olf daugher before flying out. So no zimmer frame there. But the way my swimming is going now, I think I will struggle to go sub-50 mins...
