Can anyone get the Athlete tracker to work? Am I doing something wrong? Whoever's name I put in the search box, it says - No Athletes!!

Is this at Edinburgh, not seeing anything either. Not very good given entries were nearly 300

Agreed, a bit piss poor for edinburgh. Holkham half have managed to get their stuff together despite being a cheaper event

With all the money that IM charges per race, you'd think they would have a top notch tracking service but no, that's just silly talk. Mad

As long as people continue to flock to their events, there is no real imperative to improve their current level of service.

If their market is the one-and-done athlete and they have the brand then they don't need to offer anything.

I have only done one branded event, but I have to say that the athlete experience was very good. I didn't have cause to trouble the spectator experience but as it rained most of the day there were still a surprising number of people at the roadside.
