Cracking split for the 3rd sector of the run 5.50min/mile, 3rd best of the day - only a 0.9mile section though!

Ha, someone else pointed that out to me after the race. I'm pretty certain at no point was I running sub-6 pace, it must be a glitch. My fastest km was the first out of T1 and that was 4:22...again still way too fast Rolling Eyes

I make that around km 10 & 11, which on Connect has me running 5:46 (portaloo stop) & 4:48. That was the section up over the bridge on lap one to the far turn, I remember because I was bursting for the loo Smile I remember feeling good running along the river on lap one after the pit stop averaging 5:00/km, unfortunately it didn't last and my legs just went heavy - the engine never seems to be a problem.
