I donít have any and decent ones arenít cheap are they?
In the build to IM I do my long runs in my tri suit to simulate race conditions but they noontime own tri shorts.

I picked up a pair of the Ashmei shorts that have a merino inner and have to say they are the comfiest pair of shorts I have ever used. The days of chaffing re long gone

don't know the brand but they look similar to my Under Armour ones but better (i.e. lower) priced. is there any compression in the lycra inner??

They are tight, not 'skins tight' but certainly noticeable yet really comfy.

I'm 6ft and 34 waist and the Medium are fine.

I use Sub compression shorts under normal shorts They're available from Amazon. Questionable compression aside, they're cheap and comfy and stop the chub-rub.
