Hi guys and girls,

I am posting this infomercial to introduce my new movement workshop that is taking place in February in Shepperton. If this post in violation of any rules or regulations, please accept my humblest apologies and remove it. I am posting this as I feel that it would be a great help for many triathletes here.

http://resilientthree.com/product/movement-life-seminar/

This is an intensive two day workshop that covers basic movement skills that most people don't spend any time practising due to a plethora of reasons. I am a sports chiropractor, a biohacker and a movement enthusiast and I have not suffered a single injury in many years now. I feel that my unorthodox training methods are in great part to thank for my good fortune. As we all know, reducing down time due to injury increases the positive impact of training, which further enables better performance.

I will keep it short and sweet, please have a look at the website above for more information. You can also visit my personal blog at www.mikajanhunen.blogspot.com where I have chronicled most of my sports related escapades over the years.

As ever, I welcome comments and questions.

thanks for looking and happy christmas to all
